René and Paul met in graduate school. In addition to friendship, they shared a desire to bring the tools of industrial engineering and data-driven decision making to companies that could benefit the most from this area of knowledge but were not doing so at the moment. Both come from an academic and highly specialized background, with affiliations to some of the best universities in the U.S. such as the University of Texas, Texas A&M, Arizona State University, Georgia Tech, Penn State and Purdue. For us, the key has always been to decipher how to align our skills with the needs of different customer segments.
Our history has been one of constantly adapting our solutions and methodologies to help those companies seeking to innovate their management. The tools and skills of our consultants are transversal, they can be applied to different industries, departments or problems. But we focus on where we can generate the most value for our clients. From very narrow and specific projects, to complete transformations within the company.
